Proper Employment Termination

My colleague Shawn Roberts, posted a great summary of some "do's and don'ts" for firing an employee. Shawn's suggestions are always in style. My favorite (because you'd never guess how many times it happens) is "giving a positive review for a terminated employee." That's a humdinger sometimes!
